The Valsir ventilation branch

The Valsir ventilation branches allow waste systems to be created that do not require the use of parallel or secondary ventilation systems and that allow the reduction of the waste stack diameter while keeping the flow volume unaltered. The creation of this type of waste system involves the observance of a number of simple but fundamental technical rules. While dimensioning of the offsets and the manifolds must be in compliance with the methods established in the European Standard UNI EN 12056-2, the calculation of the stacks requires the application of rules that are described in Valsir’s technical handbook “Waste systems inside the building”.
