Valsir: quality and innovation

Over the years the plumbing and heating market has witnessed the continuous and significant growth of Valsir. The company has always distinguished itself for its technological innovation and the quality of its production processes. In 2001 it was one of the first companies in the world to implement a Quality Management System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 across all individual production processes and all production plants.

This quality system has made Valsir employees even more aware of customer satisfaction when carrying out their daily work activities. Internal personnel training courses are carried out on an on-gong basis so that objectives for continuous improvement are shared are reached.

Advanced laboratory

Valsir’s commitment to quality is implemented by increasingly investing in structures that guarantee continuous improvement in products and services rendered to customers. A central 700 sq m laboratory is operative in Valsir’s main establishment, well-equipped with 26 technologically advanced machines where tests are continuously carried out on all the products. As well as the tests required in order to sell the products, Valsir also carries out numerous tests that are not requested by the standards but are deemed indispensable in order to guarantee customers high quality systems. The ongoing inspection of production processes, the tests carried out on raw materials, the laboratory analyses, resistance tests and installation simulations give Valsir products the added value required by an increasingly demanding and competitive market.

Product approvals

Valsir currently holds over 130 product approvals in its main markets, a guarantee of the fact that the entire range of products meets the quality requirements of international standards. Valsir has an an-going relationship with the most important international certification bodies and institutes and updates are carried out periodically to ensure customers high quality products.


Customer training and assistance

Since its foundation, Valsir has always strongly believed in training courses aimed at all those operating in the plumbing and heating sector. In the highly equipped rooms of the main offices, refreshment courses are continuously held for plumbers and planners on the use of Valsir products.  These courses are held inside the Valsir Training Centre, an 800 square metre structure with training rooms where it is possible to “get acquainted” with the products, by installing real water supply, waste and heating systems and experiencing, for example, the ease of installation and use of the wide range of Valsir flush cisterns.

A group of engineers give assistance to customers in the choice of the most suitable products and solutions to meet the various requirements in project design. A group of experts are also available for after-sales service, which, in any country worldwide, guarantee an on-going presence alongside Valsir’s business partners.
